Whats you recommened VPS for my SETUP?

First time setting up and Ive got rejected by Hetzner, any reccomendations what VPS can I use reliably. I prefer the more hard route on setting up Hermes Agent rather than 1-click setup.

I had my first post rearding best practices and this community help me so much its just that things are not getting along the way because i was rejected on my first step.

Thank you again! Any suggestion would help.
