Media fresh poly and Uni alike, what was your starting salary and current salary?

A lot of salary discussions here seem to focus on STEM, so I’m curious about the career progression in the media/marketing industry.

For those who graduated from Poly or University, what was your starting salary and what are you earning now?

Media can include:
Advertising / Media Agencies
Media Planning / Buying
Brand / Marketing
Social Media / Content
Production
Digital Marketing
Other related media roles

If you’re comfortable sharing, it would be great to know:
Education: Poly / Uni + course
Graduation year
First role + starting salary
Current role + salary
Years of experience
Industry/company size (optional)

Would be especially interested in hearing from people with 3–10 years of experience, just to get a sense of the longer-term salary trajectory in media.
