Planning a ~3-week China trip with my wife and our baby
Planning a ~3-week China trip with my wife and our baby, 20 March to 11 April 2027. Mainly interested in nature, landscapes and scenic experiences. Trying to avoid long hikes/high-altitude places and keep the pace reasonably relaxed.
Would love input from people who've travelled China: Would you change anything, or am I missing a must-see destination?

We've already dropped Jiuzhaigou and Lijiang mainly due to altitude, and Huangshan because of the amount of stairs/walking.
What would you change? What am I missing that is genuinely worth adding, especially for nature/scenery?
Wuyuan, Longji, Fenghuang, Luoping, Guizhou, Hangzhou etc. are on my radar. Should I consider any of these?
Thanks!
