Fake deposit scammers got me

I received a text about getting a short-term loan of $4500 to try to pay off some other debt and pay only $89 a month. They reached out to me, and we spoke on the phone. He was saying that in order for me to get that much money, I have to show good faith to the FDIC by paying a small loan off fast to boost my credit score to get the amount I was requesting.

They deposited $2000, and I had to use either Walmart or CVS to get a money order of the same amount and send their money back. I did what they wanted and went to CVS and got gift cards to send the money back to them. The next day, they said that my credit score didn't go up with that amount. So they deposited $4000 and I told them Why can't I just keep that amount? They said no, that I can't keep that, and that I need to return this amount to them in gift cards. This time they wanted me to go to Walmart. At this point, I was thinking, how is this going to help me? So I googled this process and realized that banks won't recognize fake deposits after 2 weeks. Meanwhile, I was seeing in my bank account that a lot of accounts were being reversed. Whatever payment I made to my accounts- car, payday loans, insurance, etc. was being reversed.

I stopped chatting with them and got a cell number from my provider so that I don't get any more texts or threats about the fake money they deposited. They were syphoning money because, like the dummy that I am, I filled out a form that had every bit of information about my bank, SS#, address, and job. So I was trapped. I closed my bank account and changed my passwords.

So, the money I returned to them was fake, and it was my money that I gave to them from my accounts being reversed. Long story short, I'm negative $4500 in my bank. I had to change my direct deposit from my job to a different bank account because the bank took my direct deposit because I was negative, and that sent me into a financial hole that my mother and sister are helping me with. I closed both accounts so that I don't continue to get more negative from reversed accounts and overdraft fees. The bank doesn't seem to help me out at all only call the fraud department, which can't do anything that's already done.

My question is, is there a way for the bank to cut that total amount and see how I was scammed? I didn't put the name of the bank on here because maybe I might get in trouble. Am I stuck with this debt?

My depression is so deep that I can't do anything but work at my job, and on my days off, do rideshare to continue to make money and catch up on bills that I am all behind because of this incident.
