Changing my monetized Clash Royale channel to Movies/TV Show Reviews — can I do this without losing monetization?

Hey everyone, I currently have a monetized YouTube channel focused on Clash Royale content, but I’m thinking about completely changing the niche to movie and TV show reviews.

I want to know if changing the niche on an already monetized channel can cause any problems with YouTube monetization. Will YouTube demonetize or review my channel just because I changed from gaming content to movie/show reviews?

For the new content, I’m planning to make original reviews with my own commentary/voiceover, while using short movie/show clips where necessary to explain what I’m talking about.

Has anyone here actually changed their channel niche after getting monetized? Did it affect your monetization or reach?

Also, would it be safer to keep the existing channel and change the niche, or create a completely new channel for movie/show reviews?

Any advice or personal experience would be appreciated.
