Regarding nios

I have completed pcb from class 12th this year . I wanna give imucet so I'll do 12th again from nios from pcmb and English. I have one query in the form filling that shall I hide my qualifications of 12th pass? As if I do 12th pass in form it only allows 4 subjects ? Has anyone filled nios?
