What’s the most common PowerPoint mistake you see people make?

I've seen a lot of presentations over the years, and I'm starting to think the biggest PowerPoint problems aren't really about PowerPoint.

It's usually things like:

Too much information on one slide.

Trying to make every slide look impressive.

Using animations just because they're available.

Or putting so much text on the screen that people stop listening to the presenter.

I'm curious what everyone else notices.

What's the one PowerPoint mistake you see people making over and over again?
