Aftermarket threaded barrels

If you own an HK45 and visited the HK web shop recently, you might have seen that the HK45 threaded barrels are out of stock and on back order. I’m not sure how much faith I have that HK will get these parts in stock any time soon, so I’m considering getting a replacement barrel from Jarvis. Does anyone have experience using these aftermarket barrels (or any aftermarket barrels) in HK pistols?
