Big reason for JSN outperformed is the change of going from slot receiver to the X once Metcalf left. Similarly, George Pickens moved from the Steelers to Cowboys, a much better passing offense, which allowed him to outperform ADP.

Many outperformances of ADP have to do with situation changes, rather than talent jumps (talent usually stays similar YoY).
