First time puppy owner needs advice

My puppy is absolutely delight, she is 6 months old and I love her to bits. I only got her 2 months ago but I feel like we have already bonded and do feel she loves me from her behaviours like kissing/licking on my legs, I dont allow her to kiss my face and coming close sitting near me. But I just feel it really you know! :D

First, I live in a tropical country where there are snakes, stray dogs and my landlady has 5 protection dogs who are good but are like stray as they dont get that much healthcare, healthy food, their own bed etc they sleep in the dirt outside. She is a loving friendly dog who wants to play with all dogs, she is very submissive and its okay. But I see other dogs are like showing her teetth, I will make a video next time but she still wants to play with them and go outside. What do I do? I feel sad for not letting her play with the landlady's dogs but when she goes I feel worried that she might get bitten by snakes as its a jungle where we live, or eat cow poop when I am not there as she does eat it when I am with her and am trying to train her not to eat it with treats.

Another things is before I got her she was at a foster house and they didnt let her inside the house and she was like my landlady's dogs protection dogs for 2 months even though she was a baby. Now even though she has her nice bed, a home, she wants to sleep outside in our garden in the night and day. I worry that she will get bitten by a snake as I know some dogs have bitten here. I try with treats for her to come inside and sleep in her bed she did before but now is refusing to do so and cries. how do I make her change behavior of sleeping outside please?

I work from home, and she lets me work, she gets walk twice a day to the beach or in our nature which is quite pretty where we live and she comes with me if I go to cafes. If I am busy she has a very good dog walker.
