I think I’m sliding back in

A few months ago I got fired from my absolute dream job. While there were a lot of stressful parts of it overall it was what I wanted to do. There is no alternative in this field in my region. I have a long term bf who can’t move to another place to get a new job in his field at this point. I went through the usual ‘I got fired’ phase and eventually found a new job in the service industry that I rly enjoy and applied for graduate school. During this time I’ve found it really hard to adjust to the new night and variable schedule vs. the 8-5 tues-sat schedule that I’m used to. During this time I’ve also felt my college friends pull away from me.
I’m trying to adjust to all of this especially the fact that now my days should to be spent doing things I enjoy or need to get done rather than spending the whole day inside doing nothing.
I’ve found it really difficult to adapt to and have found myself doing nothing all day and then have found myself I think falling into a depression. I’m not sure how to stop it from happening or telling my bf who I know would support and help me.
