Missing episode?

I remember an episode of Teen Girl Squad where they were vomiting, I don't remember if they had eating disorders or what. They might have died in the episode. This episode was so funny I was out of breath. Later I went back to watch it again and it was gone, I could never find anything about it. I thought Karens must have complained and it was removed. I asked AI about it and it said no episode where ever removed but AI is often wrong, it also said what I described most matches episode 8 but that isn't it. Anyone remember that episode?
