Does anyone have a record magic bar with the empowered defensives?

I’ve been trying around with various bars but all have felt very bad and I can’t tell if that’s because it’s lacking sunshine for me rn or if I’m doing bad. What bars have people been cooking up to utilize the empowered defensives from tier 3 saradomin?
