Any UK lawyers thinking about starting an AI-Native firm?

Curious to speak to UK solicitors who have thought about starting their own firm, but haven’t because the operational/technology side feels like too much to build from scratch.

I’m building in this space and essentially exploring what the operating model for an AI-native law firm could look like. I’m very happy to share what I’ve learned and I’d love to understand what would actually make that compelling to a practising lawyer.

Particularly interested in people with expertise in commercial law, employment/contracts and adjacent areas. There may ultimately be opportunities to partner, but I’m mainly looking to compare notes at this stage.
