FC Points on PC for FC 27?

So I am thinking of buying FC 27 on EA App since i get a loyalty discount. But I have a lot of money loaded on my steam from xmas giftcards. I'm asking if I buy FC 27 from EA app, can i get the FC points from Steam or will there be no cross store platform?
