EMWA invites residents to participate in a meeting of its governing board, the ‘Aha Wai O Maui Hikina Board, from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, 2026, at Kula Community Center. The meeting will include a community conversation on Upcountry water history.
