how do I get hired

I've applied for at couple of positions at Walmart Canada twice.

• First attempt: I answered the assessment questions somewhat indecisively and didn't select full availability.
• Second attempt: I gave full availability and answered the personality questions avoiding neutral answers and being consistent.

There are a lot of positions available and for my first attempt I got rejected in all of them while for my second attempt I just got a rejection for the cashier post, the others are still in consideration.

What am I doing wrong?
