GoTweaks S (fork of corando98's GoTweaks)

GoTweaks-S Updates:

Desktop Controls: Native Steam Deck-style desktop controls—now with elevated access so controls still work in Task Manager and administrator windows (unlike Steam Input). You can use steam desktop controls instead if you prefer but no elevated access

Steam Input Coexistence: Helper no longer blocks Steam Input. Use Steam for main buttons and GoTweaks-S for special Legion L/R Y/M buttons simultaneously if you prefer.

Expanded Remapping: Full keyboard picker for remapping. Hold Legion L/R remapping option. Hold L for temporary desktop controls. (Hold L for temporary desktop is experimental)

Quick Settings: Added a dedicated brightness slider.

This was *vibe* coded with Cursor. I was basically a tester for a week straight trying out various changes and fixes. I ONLY have a Legion Go 1 Z1E (8apu1) so I don't know how these changes work on other Legion Devices.

My first change was just getting helper to stop preventing steam desktop input from having access, because I prefer steam desktop input or steamos style of navigation but steam doesn't have elevated access so I added in a desktop controls function within GoTweaks S that does the same thing but it's elevated. A few other small tweaks that are changes I wanted (noted above).

Installation -

Download and extract the .zip from Releases.

Double click "installGoTweaks.cmd" and accept the UAC prompt. If you get a blocking process, press F to close processes, the installer will guide you.

Once you open GoTweaks S widget you will get a UAC prompt for helper in the background, make sure to accept that so helper can do it's thing.
