What do i do if i missed my dose for 4 days?

I’m on zoloft for ppd and missed 4 days of my 50mg dose. I started it like 3 weeks ago and my doctor did tell me to double my dose after 2 weeks but i never did. So i just took 100mg of zoloft…Is this okay since my doctor said to double it and i haven’t taken it in multiple days? Also when do I start to feel a difference when taking this? I know this is something I should’ve talked to my doctor about but I wanted to take my pills now and it’s 11pm so i couldn’t have called anyways.
