Have an issue with my Push 3 where it’s stuck in a boot loop every time I try to turn it off

My Push 3 (non-standalone) is connected to my M3 MacBook Pro directly with a USB-C cable. Every time I hit the power button to turn it off it says “Shutting Down” and then goes black for a second before the Ableton logo pops back up and then it turns back on again. Anyone else have this issue? My power cable is packed away but I never had this issue before when I had it connected to power
