Why do people never interact with my posts, even on subreddits that are specifically for advice?

I just realized that no matter when or how I post on specific subreddits for advice, no one ever interacts with it. Like no comments, no upvotes or downvotes, etc. But there's always a lot of views. Is it just common?

I'm new to the whole posting, and I often go to subreddits where you're generally allowed to ask for advice, so is this just a reddit thing, or??
