Post-Surgery Bleeding Concerns

Got my 4 Wisdom Teeth out in the morning about 11 hours ago. bottom left was impacted, 1 was fully out, other 2 were slightly erupted, Also had PRF put in bottom 2. I find that 11 hours later i am still bleeding, it has gotten slightly better but I have probably replaced my Gauze about 9 times. Gauze comes out red and i spit out a bit of dark blood, sometimes it is a bit more light but still mostly blood. Is this normal for the first day? I don’t see many people mentioning that they bled the whole day
