Why do the Irish have priest lines even though there's no Irish Chaps in both France and UK?

I saw a video about secret Irish chaplain's lines (only accessible if an Irish soldier has blessing) and I think: What's the point of making the Irish voice actor say that if they're not gonna be used in the actual game? Maybe it's planned for something?

Like ability to change British Chaplain's lines from British english to Irish English, because that's highly possible to be added without adding a whole new chaplain regiment (if they even had one irl)
