Can someone please help me find a starborn armor mod?

I'm looking for a mod that splits the starborn space suits into suit, helmet, and boost pack, and also has the 4th legendary effect on all of them. I've tried 2 different mods so far and both of them are missing the 4th legendary on the boost pack.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I don't want to spend money without knowing a mod is going to work correctly. Any help would be appreciated.
