Help

I got hit with a your acc is suspended for the first time in my life,had the acc for years,i can't post react or even search pages,it shows 0 followers 0 following,but i can still log in in any device read posts and even send dm's,i got no notification anywhere about the suspension whatsoever,what do i even do 😢
