Schedule Rant

I’m annoyed. Usually, I work mon-fri and I have weekends off, and a few weeks back, my ETL told me that because the other closer is pretty much bad at their job, I’ll now be working weekends. I had the impression that this was temporary because he said he was just trying something out, but the new schedule came out, and I’m still working weekends. I’m a college student, so for me personally, having weekends off works best for me, especially if I’m working 40 hours a week. I understand how lucky I am to even have weekends off, but I’ve been working at Target for almost a year, and my schedule has been consistent. Idk, I just feel like I’m being punished for someone else not being good at their job. Also, I also asked my ETL to schedule a few hours less, and I’m still getting 40 hours.
