Wanna get jersey, bib shorts, shoes and lights for cycle, need suggestions

Should I get from decathlon (seems expensive) there is store in my city, not sure about quality, or amazon or I've seen jersey and shorts on aerodoc website (is it actually good).

Same for shoes and lights, I don't wanna spend too much yet.
