Postpaid to Prepaid Long Query

Hey All!

I had 2 queries:

1. I had to convert my airtel prepaid pack to postpaid pack due to transfer of ownership. My postpaid plan started on 12th August 2026. I will have to wait 30 days as per Airtel Thanks before reverting to prepaid. This 30 day includes 12th of August as well? Or excluding that day?

2. After 30 days if I request airtel postpaid to prepaid via Airtel Thanks App, will the conversion happens same day within hours from time of request raised, or takes 1-2 days? And can anyone tell the process after request raised.

PS. I will travel outside India on the day when the 30 day period ends, hence every day and every hour will matter to me. I was hoping just before leaving if I could make the postpaid to prepaid conversion, otherwise I will get stranded with a postpaid sim internationally with unnecessary bill every month. (Has anyone converted airtel postpaid to prepaid while on international roaming pack).
