Help me select a role between Insurance advisor & Operations Associate

I’ve been selected for an Insurance Advisor role at an insurance-focused startup, and we’ve recently been given the option to apply for an Operations Associate role as well.

I’m confused about which one would be better for long-term career growth.

For anyone who has worked in similar roles at an insurance/insurtech startup:
