clonidine + melatonin causing low blood pressure

Medication

i was on clonidine for a year, built a tolerance so got switched to amitriptyline for a month which didn’t work. now i’ve been back on 100mcg clonidine for 3 weeks and taking melatonin 2mg slow release for 1.5 weeks. last 2 days i’ve been experience what i think is low blood pressure. i’m getting extreme dizziness whenever im not lying or sitting down, low heart rate even after taking vyvanse, nausea, feeling like im going to faint, blurred vision, extremely cold to the point my nails have a bluish tint, shaky hands and the most intense fatigue. i’ll be fine the first 2ish house after waking up and then it’ll suddenly hit me. when it hits my eyes suddenly become really sunked looking and i get horrible shadows under my eyes which match how exhausted i feel despite the fact ive had 8 hours sleep for the past few nights.

i don’t have a blood pressure medicine at home (has been on my list of things to buy for ages) and my doctor isn’t free until wednesday.

does this sound like low blood pressure?

has anyone experienced this before?

i’m going to skip the melatonin tonight to see if i feel better tomorrow but im very confused as this isn’t the first time ive taken this combo of clonidine and melatonin. also super annoying because it’s basically been cancelling out the effects of my vyvanse and i had to spend all day yesterday and now today in bed. im also worried that it might be something other than low blood pressure so i’m too scared to take my dex top up to see if that helps.
