A24 and MGM distribution deal?

I live in Canada and I went to go see a movie today. I go to the movies pretty often and today was the first time I've seen the trailer for Tony played. I've seen the trailer before a few times, but the version played had the MGM logo in it? I tried looking up anything about this and couldn't find anything. I'm just curious, do MGM and A24 have a deal?
