R36S speaker became very distorted!

I was playing normally and pressed the physical Reset button to exit a complicated game interface faster. Right after that, the speaker started sounding very distorted.

The speaker is still working, but the audio quality is extremely distorted and almost unusable. I’ve checked and tried all the audio/volume settings I could find, but nothing seems to fix it.

Has anyone experienced this on an R36S? Could pressing the physical Reset button have caused some kind of audio configuration or hardware issue?

Any suggestions for troubleshooting or fixing it would be greatly appreciated!
