Finally signed up for therapy and plan to come out.

Advice Question

I signed up for therapy finally to try again. I plan to come out to them as trans in the session. Im just scared. Is the first session too soon even though i picked someone who's bio says they work with lgbtq people among other things. That and all my other problems I have. I dont really know how therapy works. I just want to be happy.

Its just im nearly 30 now and im terrified to come out to my wife (I posted about it before.) I just want to be able to talk to someone thats not on this reddit account about so desperately wanting to be a woman. I wish i could tell a friend that I know would accept me but it would be so unfair to have them keep such a secret.

Sorry if this post is dumb or doesn't make sense. Im just barely holding it together wishing I could cry. Why is crying even so hard in this body.
