Archived Application

Hello good day, I applied last February and got scheduled for the qualifying exam however for some reason nagka problem ang email ko kaya di ko na na access hangang not until now upon checking ilang beses sila nag email for months from February to April inviting me for the qualifying exam until they emailed na i archive na yung application ko. Now, I want to ask if pwede pa po ba ako mag apply ulit? Thank you po sa makakasagot, godbless!
