Why am i so lonelyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Ik im only 14 but idk i get super lonely and depressed sometimes. Im not diagnosed with depression cuz i dont wanna tell my doctor all that but I do take anxiety meds. Anyway I wanna fix being lonely. No its not friend lonely, I have a lot of friends that support me but no matter what I still feel alone, even with a dog. I know I shouldn't have a boyfriend tho. What do I dooo
