Story suggestion

in 1946 in Kerala,india Gopalakrishna kurup was born to a prestigious family. during his 20s he was sent off to army after he failed his exams. however the spoiled kurup couldn't stand the strict ways of the army. after training he was sent to bombay(now mumbai,maharastra,india) where he sometimes visited his aunt. during these visits he fell in love with the servants daughter sarada (they later got married against his family's wishes). during this time (the early 1970s) the army life life was so unbearable for kurup that he applied for leave and went home to kerala, there he obtained a death certificate by bribing a local police officer and made him sent it to the army claiming that he commited suicide after this he changed his name to sukumara kurup

after leaving the army life behind kurup and sarada got married and moved to persia where he worked in an oil factory with high pay and his wife worked as a nurse they later went on to have 2 kids. years passed....

in 1984 kurup visited kerala along with his assistant (shahu). there he hatched a plan with his driver (ponnappan) and brother in law (bhaskaran pillai) to claim a life insurance that he had in his name in persia and split the money equally. this is how they planned it

**1.**find a body matching kurup's height and weight

2. change the body into kurup's expensive clothes

3.put the body in kurup's car and make it look like the car had an accident and caught on fire

by this point they were unable to find such a body. however their plan worked when late one night while on the road in their car on the way to someplace they saw a man trying to hitchhike home the man's name was chacko, he was a film representative who was trying to hitch a ride home to his pregnant wife. the group saw that chacko matched kurup's height and weight. so they offered to drop him home and he accepted. during the ride the forced him to drink alcohol after chacko passed out from the tainted alcohol they strangled him to death and executed their plan.

Investigators were suspicious of the circumstances of the crime scene and later arrested kurup's friends one by one who all confessed that the body in the car was not of Kurup and that it was of Chacko. they were charged and convicted for murder but kurup went into hiding

till date sukumara kurup has not been caught even after 38 years and continued searches. he remains one of the most wanted people by cbi and interpol. some believe that he is dead but some believe he is alive somewhere in the world

in 2021 a movie was made of this case named kurup it is available in netflix
