Insurance Advisor vs Operations Associate in an Insurtech Startup – Which is Better for Growth?
I’ve been selected for an Insurance Advisor role at an insurance-focused startup, and we’ve recently been given the option to apply for an Operations Associate role as well.
I’m confused about which one would be better for long-term career growth.
For anyone who has worked in similar roles at an insurance/insurtech startup:
- How are the two roles in terms of work and growth?
- Which one would you recommend for better future opportunities, and why?
Would really appreciate honest insights from current/former employees in the field!
