Blepharitis on low dose accutane

I have been on low dose (10mg) accutane for the last 3 months to manage follicular acne. My skin responded almost immediately and I’ve had clear skin for some time but I’m planning to continue until I reach the minimum cumulative dose.

I recently developed an episode of blepharitis. Has anyone continued their treatment after an episode? Did it become a recurrent issue? Did it improve after stopping?
