3 Bedroom Apartment for Rent - JLT

Hi Real Estate Agents,

I have a 3bed plus maids apartment in JLT, Cluster M to be rented. Annual expected rent is AED 150k (2 or 4 cheques).

I will be giving AED 2000 commission to the agent who closes the deal by Next Friday 21st August (not after that).

For the commission to be valid the deal should close at 150k

I will not be giving listing to any agents, so please dont DM me for listings.

Kindly DM me if interested.
