Moving to Islamabad from Dubai. 28M
Hi everyone. 28M, spent the last few years in Dubai and lived most of my life in Karachi, now moving to Islamabad.
My budget is 150-200k PKR per month for rent. (and I am just 1 guy)
Looking for a furnished 1- to 2-bedroom apartment, or a fully separate portion.
No shared spaces because noise is a dealbreaker for me, as I work from home and record content, so I mostly just need a quiet place with good internet. (Ideally clean and well-maintained). Also, tbh I don't like crowded places or places with tons of people.
Last year I stayed for a few days at an Airbnb in F-6 and loved the area. Peaceful, green, everything close by. But I don’t think landlords in Islamabad will rent to bachelors for the long term, especially in the sectors.
I’m also looking for low-maintenance apartments or portions where I don't have to worry about repairs every other day.
I've searched Bahria Enclave, Gulberg Greens, E11, etc but not sure. There are high-end options like Sukh Chayn in f10, but they're way too expensive for me.
Would appreciate any advice. Thanks
