Scholarship Termination

For current or former ASEAN Scholars, how common is it for a scholar’s scholarship to be terminated?
What are the most common reasons scholars have had their scholarships terminated, and how serious does something usually have to be before termination happens?
Just curious about how strict the scholarship is after you actually start. Thanks!
