I have been using anki for around minimum 2 hours a day but I can only grasp some information.

Hi so I have been using anki for about a minimum 2 hours a day for around 5 days but it takes quite a bit of time to remember the information and I feel like I’m just remembering the positioning of the words not how to explain it if you know what I mean, if anyone here can give me a better way to remember stuff efficiently it would be greatly appreciated.
