Sexually incompatible

Just wanted to vent out my frustration(and regret?) for getting married too soon and possibly ask for advice. My wife is a super conservative woman from an even more conservative family, and I thought she will become more sexually open/active after we get married. First few months since wedding day, talagang wala akong masabi and it was pure bliss. 2 years later, we barely have sex at all and I can tell that we simply do not have the same wavelength when it comes to sex anymore(?). I think the fact na super focused siya sa career niya contributes din. I feel bad whenever I read stories here of how long-time married couples still crave each other after years of being together. I do take care of my body and we have a what you can call a healthy relationship if you exclude sex from the equation. Any tips please?
