[Measurement Check] Currently wearing a 34G, gapping at the top and underwire feels too wide

I currently wear a Chantelle C-Jolie Comfort T-Shirt Bra in a 34G but have a little gap at the top of the bra, even before the band became worn and stretched out. I am often stabbed in the armpit by the wire. I feel like the underwire for many bras I try on are too wide.

I think I have a projected shape. I can best describe the shape of my boobs as long comes. I have been thinking about getting a Polish bra because I heard the wire is more narrow. I am looking for feedback on sizing and the style of bra because I am new to breast shapes, and kind of scared/overwhelmed by all the information.
