Genuinely wtf do you do against Sett

I cannot win a single game against this champion. And no, not Sett jungle. Sett anything. Top, mid, support, whatever. Unless he literally turns his monitor off it doesnt matter how his laning phase goes. He just wins in the mid game. I dont think ive won a single game against a Sett that had at least 2 braincells.
