Physically attracted to ex-wife after 5 years separation; 3 years divorce - HATE IT

I am still physically attracted to ex-wife after 5 years of separation and 3 years of divorce. I hate it. I look at her and feel lust. I talk to her and feel disgust.

Any tips on how to deal with this?

We have a child together.
