Help with moving clinics

For context, I've been a patient with Alternaleaf/Montu since the start of the year, and I'm primarily treating insomnia, pain, and depression.

I've been getting 70g of flower (with a THC limit of 28%) and 2 cartridges. I also trialled oils but didn't find any effect from them. I'm 19, but quite an experienced user before coming to medical.

I also dab and use other concentrates, it's the one thing I go outside of medical for, so another priority for me is that they prescribe concentrate, because I want to go entirely medical and this is the one thing stopping me.

Alternaleaf was pretty good to begin with; although declining stock levels, clinical issues, whole prescriptions gone missing after paying, etc have been stopping me from just getting on with my treatment (and life).

Since my prescription is quite large, I don't mind spending a bit more on clinic fees up front if it means I get more options, and potentially cheaper meds at times. Any recommendations? I've been looking at Integro and Mamedica. Medicann is not an option as they are 21+ :)
