Instagram Account Suspension

Hello co-redditers,

My instagram accounts were banned for some reasons but my main issue was about my main account since I’ve already submitted an appeal from the moment it got suspended. I provided my ID last August 9 and there has been no update from me yet. Any advice or recommendation what to do since I’ve been thinking about sending them an email. Any helpful advice could do.
