Cosy coffee spot to read a book ?

Is there a coffee spot in Perth with a nice couch/sofa or a comfortable chair ? It would be nice if it has a good and relaxing atmosphere.

Most coffee shop in Perth have some uncomfortable woden chair/stool, it's almost like they don't want you to stay there.

Also all the coffee shop close after 14:00.

The only coffee spot that stay open late that I know are Tiara, TocToc and U&I.
