Phantom sweating???

I've been extremely stressed recently and I was trying to go to sleep when I became hyper aware of my heart rate & I kept feeling that wave-like or crawling feeling you get when you sweat??? Idk how to describe it very well. But the AC is on & I'm sleeping right by an air vent, so I thought there's no way I could be sweating this much, so I went to feel my body and there wasn't a single drop of moisture?? has this happened to anyone else??? please tell me I'm not crazy 😭
